HARBOR RELIEF GRANTS
A temporary financial barrier shouldn't
become a permanent interruption.
Harbor Relief Grants provide short-term financial assistance
to eligible HBCU students facing qualifying institutional balances or financial holds that could interrupt their enrollment.
Grants range from $500 - $2,500 and are designed to completely resolve and qualifying balance.

Minimum 2.5 GPA

When funding is limited, priority is given by academic standing, beginning with graduating seniors and proceeding through juniors, sophomores, and freshmen.
Students in their 5th year of undergraduate study are not eligible under our current criteria.
