ABOUT US
WHO WE ARE
Helm & Harbor Alliance Inc exists to remove financial barriers that can interrupt college completion for students attending accredited Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).
Flagship Program: Harbor Relief Grants provide emergency financial assistance to eligible students facing qualifying institutional balances or financial holds that could prevent them from continuing their education.
We believe a temporary financial setback should not become a permanent interruption.
By helping students stay enrolled and continue toward graduation, we aim to strengthen educational opportunity, student persistence, and the futures students are working to build.
Ogden Circle, Hampton University Campus
Helm & Harbor Alliance Inc advances educational equity and student persistence by helping HBCU students overcome financial barriers that can interrupt their path to graduation.
Through Harbor Relief Grants, scholarships, and future community partnerships, we seek to connect students with meaningful support when unexpected financial challenges arise.
A future where financial barriers do not prevent capable HBCU students from remaining enrolled, completing their degrees, and building the future they envision.
We envision a future where financial barriers do not prevent capable HBCU students from remaining enrolled, completing their degrees, and building the futures they envision.

Educational opportunity should not be determined by a student's financial circumstances.
DIGNITY

We use every resource entrusted to us responsibility, transparently, and intentionally.
